New Denver Neighborhood

Challenge

Local developer D4 Urban and their ad agency Karsh Hagan needed insightful qualitative research to inform the creative process and neighborhood presentation of a new neighborhood in Denver, both physically and in branding/marketing terms.

Approach

We conducted interviews and digital ethnographies across an ecosystem of potential and aspirational residents.

Outcome

An integrated brand and product experience strategy, resulting in a new mixed-use urban plan - integrating nature, art, technology and mobility - and brand name: Broadway Park.
