Challenge

At R/GA in New York were tasked to strengthen the company's leadership, grow sales and increase loyalty in the digital age.

Approach

We created a digital vision combining industry best practices with audience insights based on 'wheel of life' ethnographies.

Outcome

We developed a life-balancing set of digital experiences that give mom the power and control she needs to save money and live better. The resulting tools, content and social media engagement revolutionized Walmart's approach to marketing, turned ‘dotcom' from a store into a brand platform and essentially started the brand's social media presence.
